    Hello Mike,
I am putting in a vote for the re-review. I think they are really helpful as the reality is that with some pens the love lasts, and with others, they just don’t. I don’t think you need to do a full review but a quick chat like you did in this Currently Inked is perfect. It is interesting and informative. Thanks again for all you do!!!

  • Gordon Tillman

    Opinionated? Maybe. Jackass? Never! 🙂

    • Well, it just depends on the day and how effective the filter between my brain and my mouth is. 🙂

I liked your comments on re-reviews. My feelings are the same. I did a re-review of a Platinum 3776 Shoji. Like you, it was because my opinion had dramatically changed. Most of the pens I didn’t like are gone. The ones I liked, I still like. So, not much to add to the original review.

I thought this was a brilliant way to look again at pens – much better than a re-review as your comments on why it had changed was far more interesting.

    Hiya Matt
Enjoyed this currently inked very much. BTW… I needed to watch your review of the TWSBI Vac700 to get something in my head about mine. I love TWSBIs… Anyway, my point is the enormous difference,,, how your presentations have improved!! it was good back then, now your obsession has grown, its just spectacular really.
I’m glad you still like the Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age coz its a pen I would really like to have… recently it is thought the nib feed issue has been resolved (SBRE commented on it too) so maybe another piggie bank will have to be sacrificed, we shall see…
Prefer to watch the Pen Habit blog more than the channel, to visit the shop seeing if theres any more stationery releases… Can you say whats coming??? A4 writing paper pad would be nice, is there any thoughts about producing a journal / bigger note book than the midori type ones. .???
Season 4 has got off to fantastic start, thank you for the regularity of video productions, I dont have a TV so watching your blog, along with others fills the gap TV leaves. In the UK I object to paying TV licences to see repeats and utter crap.
    Thanks again Matt…..

Hi Matt, 50 minutes and this edition of Currently Inked just flew by! Packed with really useful info. I especially liked your discussion of the merits of ultrasonic cleaners as I’m considering getting one. I now realise (thanks to you) that they are not a cure-all, but have a very specific purpose and should be used wisely.
